Message received from the league regarding Promotion 2016:
No decision has been made yet, due to unknown factors. There were only two promoted and relegated last year
My response:
The reason only 2 clubs were relegated last year was because Troedyrhiw dropped out of the league.
Up until last year 3 clubs have always been promoted from division 2 and 3 relegated from division 1.
Surely clubs should know this information before the end of the current season ??

Should Trelewis and Treharris remain separate in the coming season 2 teams will be relegated from Division 1 and 2 teams will be promoted from Division 2. However should the two teams merge only one team will be relegated fron Division 1.
It would be a bit dramatic if nearly half the teams in a league were relegated.

Thank you for finally sharing this information with us.
My only query would be that 3 teams have been promoted / relegated from as far back as I can remember, wouldnt this be in the constitution ?

3 up and 3 down applied when there were 10 teams in Division 1. How can you now relegate 3 teams out of 8, virtually half the league.

There are 9 teams in division 2 only 1 away from 10, a third would be promoted as it has always been
